Our heart's desire is that every grieving mother is able to receive a Forget Me Not box from us. If you are in the Phoenix area and have recently suffered a loss or would like to request a box on behalf of a loved one who has recently experienced a loss, please contact us. At this time, we are unable to ship boxes out of the area due to cost. However, we do have a smaller Forget Me Not "packet" that includes many of the items in the box that we are able to ship to anywhere in the continental United States.
