Both Karen and Becky have completed their certification as Stillbirthday Birth and Bereavement Doulas. Stillbirthday Birth & Bereavement Doulas (SBD's) provide support prior to, during, and after birth in any trimester, with any outcome. SBD doulas are qualified to provide support in situations of miscarriage, stillbirth, fatal diagnosis, carrying to term, and NICU care. SBD doulas are equally prepared to provide comprehensive support in live birth outcomes, including subsequent “rainbow” pregnancies, and can serve as a labor support in all birth situations.

Forget Me Not Boxes
Our box ministry is the heart of what we do at Forget Me Not. When a woman experiences pregnancy loss of any kind, giving her something tangible to touch and remember her baby by can help comfort her during her time of grief, as well as encourage and remind her that she is not alone. Many times women experience their loss so early that they simply have nothing physical to remember their pregnancy by. Each Forget Me Not Box contains small comfort items and tokens of remembrance to give each mother something to hold on to when thinking of and missing her little one.

If you would like to request a Forget Me Not Box for you or a loved one, please contact us. Boxes are delivered by volunteers to grieving mothers in the Phoenix area only. If desired, boxes can be shipped to outside areas at the cost of those who request it. We also have a long distance option that is free of charge, see below for more details.
Long Distance Forget Me Not Packets
For those outside the greater Phoenix area, Forget Me Not has a long distance option that we will ship to you or a loved one free of charge. This packet includes a loss devotional, a pair of hand knit baby booties, and a packet of Forget Me Not seeds. These packets are mailed by volunteers to anywhere in the continental United States.
Support Groups
One of our goals at Forget Me Not Ministries is to create a "sisterhood of support" within the baby loss/infertility community. Struggling with pregnancy loss or infertility can be extremely isolating and a very lonely kind of grief. It is our desire to bring together a support system for those walking this path, so that they may be encouraged and lifted up during their time of grief. No one should go through it alone, and we hope you will find a group that fits your needs and helps you on your road to healing.
Each session will include a time of sharing, fellowship, and a short devotional offering Biblical Truths and encouragement. For more information about Support Groups and meeting times, please visit the Support Group page.
Forget Me Not at Christmas Time
Christmas can be an especially difficult time for those who are missing their sweet babies. One small way to honor the memory of a lost baby is with a special ornament for the tree. We have lovingly created Forget Me Not Ornaments specifically for this reason. If you would like an ornament for your baby or babies, or would like to give one as a gift to someone else, please contact us for more details. All proceeds go directly to funding boxes and comfort packets for grieving mothers.
Snuggles for Siblings
Siblings grieve too, and at Forget Me Not Ministries, we recognize the unique grief of children following the loss of a baby. For special circumstances, as when the older siblings are aware of the loss of a baby, we offer very special "Snuggles for Siblings" packages, that contain something to snuggle and remember their baby by, a children's book on baby loss, and a special card from older siblings who have been where they are and understand their feelings.
We Remember You Events

Each year, Forget Me Not hosts an annual event called "We Remember You." Created for any woman who has been touched by infertility or pregnancy loss (whether it be personally or through a loved one), this event features different speakers and breakout sessions on topics such as Fertility Issues, Pregnancy Loss, Memory Making, and more.
Each speaker and breakout session will offer information, experience, Biblical Truths, and a message of hope. Women will have the opportunity to talk and fellowship with others who have experienced many of the same struggles they have, while also honoring the loss of their little ones or their journey through infertility.
